Our culinary and bar teams have created another exceptional lineup of limited-time features—bringing together bold flavors, prime cuts, fresh ingredients and handcrafted cocktails. Whether you’re joining us for a relaxed dinner, drinks at the bar or a well-deserved night out, there is something new waiting for you this week.

From the Kitchen

Start your experience with our Zucchini and Eggplant Fritti. Lightly fried zucchini and eggplant are paired with a creamy honey-whipped feta spread, fresh herbs, lemon zest, extra virgin olive oil and a touch of Aleppo pepper. It’s crispy, bright, savory and just sweet enough. $18

For something a little more indulgent, try the Pork Belly Totchos. Crispy tater tots are loaded with tender ancho-braised pork belly, rich beer cheese sauce, smoky chipotle crema and pickled jalapeños. Every bite delivers layers of crispy, creamy, smoky and spicy flavor. $18

Steak lovers will not want to miss The Prohibition Porterhouse. This impressive 22-ounce prime porterhouse is served with golden steak fries, charred broccolini and a deeply flavorful Sauvignon-black garlic compound butter. It’s bold, beautifully prepared and worthy of a night out. $68

Looking for something fresh and unexpected? Our Blueberry Miso-Glazed Salmon combines tender salmon with bok choy, carrots, wild mushrooms, red cabbage and jasmine rice. A blueberry-soy miso glaze adds the perfect balance of sweet, savory and umami, finished with sesame seeds and scallions. $34

Our Prime Collection also takes center stage this week.

The Prime Grilled Tomahawk features a spectacular bone-in prime ribeye served with whipped potatoes, asparagus and seasoned steak butter. This is the ultimate Barrels experience—and an unforgettable centerpiece to share. $130

The Prime New York Strip offers 12 ounces of perfectly grilled, prime center-cut steak accompanied by whipped potatoes, asparagus and rich steak butter. Classic, elegant and prepared exactly the way a great steak should be. $59

From the Bar

Pair your meal with one of this week’s refreshing bar creations.

The Watermelon Cucumber Martini blends Short Path Cypress Gin with watermelon, lime and freshly muddled cucumber. It’s cool, crisp and made for sipping. $16

Our Tropical Mule combines Ketel One Vodka, pineapple, blueberry, coconut, ginger beer and lime for a bright, fruit-forward twist on the classic mule. $14

Wine lovers can enjoy La Crema Chardonnay, a beautifully balanced California Chardonnay that pairs wonderfully with trout, vegetables and lighter starters. $13 per glass | $52 per bottle

For craft beer fans, we are pouring Crue Brew Ultra Violet Blueberry Blonde Ale on draught. This refreshing local-style blonde ale brings a subtle burst of blueberry flavor with a clean finish.

5.2% ABV | $9

These features are available for a limited time, so gather your friends, reserve your table and come taste what our kitchen and bar teams have created. From shareable starters and inventive seafood to prime steaks and handcrafted drinks, this week’s menu gives you plenty of delicious reasons to visit.
