Wat een ontzettend interessant stuk over de culinaire hoogstandjes van deze week bij Barrels & Boards. Ik ben het helemaal met je eens, elk punt dat je aanstipt is raak. Vooral het praktische gedeelte voelt inderdaad een beetje alsof het nog wat verder uitgewerkt kan worden; ik ben benieuwd naar meer concrete voorbeelden of misschien zelfs een kleine handleiding. Ik vroeg me ook af of er naast al dat moois ook nog nadelen of uitdagingen zijn verbonden aan deze week. Het is zo makkelijk om je te laten meeslepen door de positieve aspecten, maar soms zijn juist de minpunten leerzaam. Ik ken trouwens een paar vrienden die hier enorm van zouden smullen, dus ik ga dit zeker met hen delen.…
